This university project, led in particular by the University of Grenoble-Alpes, aims to measure whether or not the vague notion of vote difference in electoral disputes is based on statistically demonstrable standards. The JADE database is the IT foundation created to be able to carry out this analysis. It aggregates data from two different sources: the court decisions of the Constitutional Council concerning electoral disputes on the one hand (legislative and senatorial elections), and the results of legislative elections on the other hand.
